  • Probably the only time i've ever had respect for city. They were fantastic that day

  • To see Man United and Man City together honouring the tragedy was just amazing.

I'm a United fan , but to see that made tears in my eyes.

    R.I.P

    - Gone, but never forgotten.

  • As a city fan it was good to see that city and united fans joined together in the minute silence.

Matt Busby who managed Man United played over 200 games for City.

  • The most beautiful side of football family. It is a real family, beyond race, nationality and borders.

With love from Malaysia, Flowers of Manchester-you'll leave forever in our hearts

  • R . I . P to ALL the victims on board the plane when it crashed!

  • Rip and hats off to man city for their god gestures

  • Pure class! Amazing!

  • That is very powerful moment for me when they all put up their individual scarves in silence! City Fans that day payed true respect and it shows that even if they may hated each other a times we all come together as one for moments like this..! As a Man Utd fan I think that is one moment I will never forget!

  • i respect city a bit but i don't respect Liverpool at all.. they make noise during the minute of silence

  • The English do this better than anyone. Really impressive. In the USA, some cunt always yells out something idiotic.

  • The Man City fans putting up their scarves as well is fantastic.

  • Beutifull

  • This video show's just how much respect people can have. The scarves all going up is magical <3

  • This is beautiful. Absolutly beautiful. The way United and City set aside their differences and joined together in a minute of silence for those who tragically died that day. Real sportsmanship. I don't know how anyone can say some thing so sick and disturbed about the Munich air crash like @8gotsplattered but it's wrong. Try say that to the face of one of us United supporters and watch what happens! Sick bastard. Did I mention that this was a beautiful tribute? <3

  • What was liek the firework noise in the middle of it ?

  • @iUnlocks Its mixed what people say some people say it was a cannon that goes off on mid day and it happend to coniside with the minutes silence but some people also say it was Liverpool and Leeds fans setting off fireworks outside.

  • Those city fans should be respected!!

  • se fosse stato in italia sicuramente nn sarebbe andato cm qua...

  • in 58...23 died in munich in manchester you live forever

  • what was that firework type noise the whole way through?

  • It dosent matter what team your from or who you support, this just shows we're all human and when lives are lost theres only one thing you can do and thats show respect.

  • @8gotsplattered Eight young men died before their time. It does not matter what team or what country you support. They deserve better than your comment. The thoughts and prayers of millions cancel out your words. May they rest in peace.

  • @atlast1948 Ignore IT wants you to bite

  • @benrfc Thanks. But I had to write what I did.

My Dad played against the Busby Babes quite a few times in charity matches., Dad was a semi professional whose hoped for football career was interrupted by being called up in 1940.

The player he admited most of those who died was Duncan Edwards. He once met Eddie Colman in fair tackle and got a dislocated shoulder.

He also admired Bobby Charlton. I met Sir Bobby at a charity dinner in the 1970's. Bobby was and is a true gentleman,

  • @8gotsplattered you are a waste of skin. an oxygen thief. GET A GIRLFRIEND AND A LIFE YOU SAD PIECE OF SHIT

  • @sunnymufc dont let that scum get to you mate. We will never lower ourselves to there level. Manchester United are the most respected club in the world for their history, and as a man utd fan I would never wish anything like this to happen to any other family or football club @8gotsplattered Look at our history and fanbase, and I dare you to say what you said on here to a fan face to face and see what happens. RIP squad of 58 you will never be forgotten.

  • @8gotsplattered You're a twat. That's human life you're talking about, and you're fickle enough to mock them because of a football club they were associated with? Complete moron.

    City fan.

  • @8gotsplattered If I ever met you I would your fucking head off

  • @8gotsplattered If I ever met you I would rip your fucking head off

  • Rest in peace forever, from a diehard Liverpool fan. There are things that should not be joked about, and teams need to stick together whenever anything like tragedies like these ever happen again.

  • That was beautiful. Hats off to everyone for showing respect!

  • Curry??!!

  • i hate man united very very much !!! but i feel sorry for the 1958 munich tragedy ='(

  • i think that this is truly a great and respectful moment but you have to admit a stadium full of thousand s of people completly silent is a tiny bit eerie

  • @MartinEdwardsPervert your a fucken little bitch how can you disrespect a tragedy like that. this just shows that your no true football fan

  • Well done City fans, United appreciates your tribute.

    We miss you babes :(

  • RIP

  • Totally off topic: Should have shown this video at the world cup bid, It would have won us the bid in a second. Noone has more respect for Football than English fans.

    Much respect to G.B

    United for ever.

  • We lost our team in 1958, then Sir Matt Busby re builded our team and 10 years later we won the European Cup -1968-

  • 1.32 is what left the biggest impression on me, i have full respect for the city fans for honouring the people who lost their lives. Im a United fan btw, and to see city fans like this really makes my day.

  • Credit to my fellow blues at the match RIP to all who died

    Frank Swift city legend

SAF could have at least took his gum out fergie is a disrespectul twat

  • fucking dirty cunt who set them fireworks off, fucking disgusting. PRICK.

  • Im a city fan and i would like to say well done to us for our tribute

  • I hope the City idiot who set off the fireworks has since died - preferably in a plane crash. Or suicide will do.

  • @stinkalloy it was proved to be a group of scousers outside the ground mate, so probably not best to disrespect the city fans who stood there with their scarfs in the air showing the greatest respect to a football disaster.

  • @bakshiguppu

Some twat outside the ground decided to set them off.

  • city fans let them off

  • curry lol

  • Respect for City fans ...

  • They behaved on this occasion. Go to any other Manchester derby, and you'll hear plenty of disgusting Munich chants.

  • Its Good To See The True Man City Fans With There Scarfs Up

  • respect... glory glory man utd

  • @marekholandia1991 glory glory glory supporter

  • this is silence, this is respect.

  • As a Frenchman, im always bashing the English but my god do they know how to show respect. From past tragedies to former players and recently retired players, they always show the utmost respect. Back in the homeland, even in places like Paris, Marseille and Lyon, this kind of silence would never occur. Theres always a few in the crowd that ruin the moment. I think I just criticise cause Im jealous of your passion for the game. We may have world class players but we'll never have the tradition.

  • look at the fan when the whistle blows those are true man chester united fans

  • RIP 23

    YNWA

  • Glory Manunited

    respect for City fans

  • Anybody who shows disrespect for the dead is the lowest of the low. Alex Fergie should have refrained from chewing gum during the wreath-laying cerimony however. That hints at disrespect ..... but above all, a lack of CLASS.

  • deadscumpigs can go get fucked da moron. you deserve to piss off from dis planet u gutless piece of unworthy shit dat i wouldnt giv my dog

  • You, filthy shit. Your gonna die a Slow and Painful death.

  • respect and dympathy from liverpool fans. Hold strong mates.

  • GLORY MAN UNITED !

    R.I.P Busby Babes

  • from trafford.... and what's wrong with having foreigner fans? if it wasn't for them.... teams like united, liverpool, and barcelona couldn't afford the players they have. so i suggest you piss off and try to travel some more maybe your ignorance will go away, maybe not... considering youre an inbred. jealous cunt.

  • fuck of cunt.

ure username sugests that you are obsessed with Manchester United!

    cunt!

  • thats bad mate. not a big MANURE fan myself but thats low. Harry Gregg from my wee country(NORN IRON) survived an helped people of that plane.

If whoever you support makes it into europe you may pray for no snow. shame on you.

    QUIS SEPERABIT

  • piss of non-city fans saying shit about munich. you make the rest of us look like heartless idiots. CTID

  • respect au anglais quel silence

  • That English is a civil people. Compliments.

  • Everybody should learn from the behavior of both sets of supporters, this is where football shows its strength..and this comes from a Roma fan.

  • Tonight a minute of silence was broken by Roma fans at Old Trafford. I was unimpressed. Sorry your away fans let you down.

  • lordslure, you are sick

  • its ur mum

  • lol utd are shit..... you might not support them but there not shit its like saying Brazil are shit at footy... how many trophies have Bolton won?

  • I am a true man utd fan. Really disappointed that we lost but memory won in the end. Hats off to the thousands of City fans who observed the minutes silence. Fantastic tribute from te city of Manchester. Thank God we weren't facing Liverpool. Minutes silence would have went out the window.

  • Mex, that's not nice, nor is it true. Liverpool are also a club whose history is tinged with tragedy. ~ Both sets of fans would have shown absolute respect for each other; we both have our histories.

  • okay i sorry. liverpool fan said something nasty to me that day i was annoyed. he said not enough of them wiped out in plane crash. sorry again

  • @mexican1974 you're a true man united fan but your name is "mexico1974"

  • @mexican1974 That's a stereotypical statement from a Manc point of view. Im pretty sure Liverpool fans, just like any other, would set aside rivalry to respect the departed.

  • sad day

  • rip busby babes

  • very sad this day

    United the best forever!

  • Please remember - the silence was for EVERYBODY who died

  • good effort city fans....its a shame none of the taig scum in glasgow can afford sky tv, they could have learnt how to behave in a rivals moment of respect! i blame big jock myself....dirty paedo that definately knew but let the fenians suffer. m'on the gorgie!!

  • Wow! even though i'm annoyed we lost that was an awesome spectacle and a credit to man city's fans. Well done boys.

  • takes a big person to own up, but an even bigger peroson to admit they deserved to loose. Utd had too much Munich pressure on them, and we did the bizzo, well said mate, well done us blues.

  • check my video its longer and better sound quality

  • AMAZING!

  • A credit to all involved. Especially Man City fans. you could have been pround before a ball was kicked.

  • Truly bone chilling...
