If they do away with the old characters the show will probably get canceled then the new characters wont have to worry about them screwing up their story lines.

I get what Jason Priestley is saying. Bringing back old characters may keep audiences from focusing on the new characters and it may take away from their storylines. But I do think that if Kelly and Brenda didn't return, this new show would have gotten cancelled. This show needs to strike the right balance between tying it to the original series (so it doesn't look like a cheap imitation) without muddying the waters, as Mr. Priestley put it so well. So far, they are doing a good job of that.

Jason has been directing for a long ass time. But he wants to start directing independent films, but I still think he can give the Brelly fans what we want, and Jennie. LOL. He directed the original cast from Season 5 to Season 9. When he left,. He made the most money out of everyone, because he was the star and executive producer, and director of a lot of episodes. He is talented.

Call me crazy but when Jennie started talking about a DNA test, to me, it really seemed like she had been putting some thought into it. I wasn't sure if she really cared about it but after watching this it shows she wants the happy ending with her and Jason's character. I pray that one day the producers and writers will make all our dreams come true.

I also heard that they approached Brian to come back, but he gave the same reason as Brandon - a feesible storyline. Donna should be back in a few weeks-please let her and David still be married, i'll be so mad if they broke up. Old school 90210 was classic-I only watch now for Silver(cuz she has old school ties), Naomi/Oz, Adrianna/Ty.

Jason has always wanted to come back and is still open to reprising his role. The only thing stopping him, unfortunately, are Gabe and Jeff not offering him a sound and decent storyline. According to the Sunday NYT, Jason was told that it would "be very cool," if he made his debut on the show in the Peach Pit ordering a Megaburger from Nat. LOL, that is lame and Jason didn't find it "very cool." Unless, they give Jason a decent plot, he won't be up for it.
