@flipsun12 well in the simplest terms weight loss or management. Gluten is a protein but as carbohydrate is the main thing which causes fat cutting wheat(which contains gluten) & other gluten products is a 'quick' way to loose weight but in doing this you do have to make sure you make up for lost nutritients so replacing it with gluten free grains such as amaranth or quinoa is essential in those sort of diets.
I just ordered (yesterday) the "regular plan" LOVE IT!!! I can't wait to go grocery shopping - I have two young kiddos - and the meals look delicious enough for them too!!! Yay!! :) Keep up the fab work!

It's a scientific fact that having something crunchy throughout the day will stimulate your brain. So you shouldn't have anything crunchy before bed, unless you are studying. :)
@qualcosa88 They're trying to show everyone how versatile their Diet Plan really is. And it is! There's Regular, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free, Gluten-free Vegan! It's that amazing!
@qualcosa88 The main reason why people take on a gluten-free diet is because they have Celiac disease, which (in brief) is an auto-immune disorder where the body detects gluten as a foreign substance and causes inflammation in the intestines. Additionally, there are people who are allergic to wheat, as well as intolerant to wheat and gluten. And there are other people who take on the diet for different reasons other than stated, but as part of the former group, I can't explain that as well.

All of you are so amazing! I was a gymnast, played volleyball, and ran track. All of this stopped about 2 years ago (i'm 16 now) because we found a TUMOR in my knee. I just had it taken out in March. I am finally starting to be active again and I'm loving it. It is very discouraging somethings though because I have gotten so out of shape from the tumor. I just watch one of your videos and it puts me in the mood to go on a run or work out! Thank you so much! (:

@flipsun12 like most things it can be by choice but more often than not it's because of an intolerance to wheat and gluten called coeliac disease.
