Incredible. There are so many good ideas and phenomenons in Cuban society and economy. I can easily imagine that the Cuban government can gradually retreat from intimidating practices and create a state which retains the non-democratic socialism but at the same improve the standard of living by hearing to people, e.g. monitoring the intranet.
