@SpiritJaivyn Yup, update 1.06 they released a few months ago fixes a lot of the problems. You can get it off the Kodak site:
"This firmware version provides WINDOWS 7 compatibility and improves the following features: Audio recording and playback; Digital Zoom; User Interface; Video quality in low-light conditions."
such a lie lol i got one of these and it still looks very choppy to me ?

@DJKSWISHA Dunno if you still have the cam etc. but there is an update for the Kodak Zi8 that helps fix the camera. It won't be so choppy anymore.

It's still not perfect, but it's better for sure.
