- Convex = PS3 controller where the Analog sticks are curved outwards

- Concave = Xbox 360 controller where the Analog sticks are curved inwards.

The Concave is better in my opinion as it offers better grip and you could fit your thumb/finger nicely over it. The Convex for the PS3 is curved outwards, so it gives less grip, and not as precise.

Its Concave vs Convex not 360 vs Ps3. And the above presenter preffered Concave, as I'm sure the majority would.
