Yes you can you can put a hyperlink in a header. Just remember that header tags are block level elements. That means they have a with and height and also means that other elements can reside within them. Also, a hyperlink is an inline element which means you can only place text inside them.

I am not against drag and drop. But I think that is more appropriate for the html designer and not the text editor for code. And there are other websites out there with tutorials that teach the drag and drop approach with all the dialog boxes that go with that. Go to Expression Web A Place for Beginners.
If I want the link to be for example in the bottom of the page?

You can put hyperlinks in h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, & h6 tags but not in the head section of the html page

Is there anyway you could do tutorials about using the design method drag and drop? or are you totally against that.
