That's a good looking car with alot of class. Many people don't realize that the Czechs and Skoda were building excellent, refined cars long before communist times. The Czechs take pride in what they build and the quality of their products show. I'd like to see this car sold here in the US, maybe through the Volkswagen dealers.
ahahah....I´m from Czech Republic..I know what I´m talking about...chassis is same as Skoda Octavia mk2 but longer...transverse engine same as Octavia (Superb mk1 have longitudinally placed engine) Superb mk2 can´t have large 2.5 TDi (like Superb mk1) ...have you ever been in Superb mk2 combi?? Its so long...but wide is poor..same as Octavia :)

Se poate sa ai dreptate dar problema este ca concernul ( scuzati cacofonia ) utilizeaza componente comune. Passat-ul meu ) in fapt vechea Sokda Superb, era an de fabricatie 2003 si nu pot decat sa nadajduiesc ca au mai schimbaat furnizorii. Apoi , era vorba de un 1.8.T fabricat in Ungaria. Iti marturisesc cu mana pe inima ca nici cu Dacia lu' tata nu am avut atatea necazuri la motor. Am fost primul proprietar si am ingrijit-o ca pe ochii din cap. Salutare.
as an owner of a 2.5 v6 superb with all the extras im impressed with the front end but the tear hasnt grown on me yet. But if it does ill probably get one agaon as long as its v6 or v8
i think you misunderstood me....i was actually complementing the car...i think the design is better than the 5 series (honestly) and by comparing to a Beemer i was merely saying that Skoda cars have really improved on desirability! but just in case..Skoda cars are much better because of German engineering input! but still you have the right to be proud too as a czech! peace....
I jus remapd the ecu unit my 2010 superb,it gives about 250bhp now
