Hello there. A friend sent this to me. I have never really watched anything based on Manga. This is based off of the manga under the same title "Ghost in the Shell" by Shirow Masamune.

The director, Mamoru Oshii, has received high acclaim for his work on these films.

Kenji Kawai, the composer/musical artist, was also given praise for his work in these films and others such as the french film "Avalon"
