When you first buy a bike the tires are all slick with whatever sh*t they put on them to ship the thing overseas. For about 100 miles or if you roast it... you need to be careful around corners and watch your throttle, or that happens. If this dude was a first timer I feel bad no one told him. If he's been riding for a while... total tool!
