@CODmonster64 No the US Army uses the M24 Sniper Weapons System. Yes Law Enforcement uses the M24 too. The US Marines use the M40. The M40 has 4 variants, the M40, the M40A1, M40A3, and the M40A5. The difference between the M40's and the M24 is 1. the M40 has been in development since 1966 while the M24 has been in since 1988 and 2. the M24 uses a long action while the M40 uses a short action.
