Wow, none of these characters sound anything close to what they look like, it's like their voice actors are the polar opposites of the voice actors from the 90's animated series.

All the villains were supposed to sound silly. The 90s animated series was MUCH more serious. All of Batman did over time. That's probably why the quote "Why So Serious" was mentioned in the most recent version.
