'I'm gonna draft that guy even though he's clearly won and the race is over and he's too far ahead of me to draft him anyway,' if you ride a motorcycle let alone race one you kinda notice when things are coming at you fast, like say someone stopped in front of you and swing out. When someone stops in front of you on a bike its like there in reverse, hence them 'coming at you' instead of the other way around.
