Asunaro means - Asu wa hinoki ni narou or Tomorrow it will become a hinoki cypress which is kind of confusing but it could be like a tree of stars? If that makes sense..

Ai doesn't love anyone romantically, she had a cousin (Sentarou) when she was just a normal girl (over 400 years ago in the early Edo period) who betrayed her. she loved him dearly as her only friend (everyone else saw her as an outcast) and he also saved her from the village when she was 7.

That maybe so but Sentarou obviously loved her because in the moment right be for they were caught by the villagers he was going to ask her to run away with him.. all embarrassed-like. And in that time I doubt it was looked down on yet to be with a cousin.. so they probably would of hooked up if it weren't for what happened...

I must say, Jigoku Shoujo and Peach Girl are both on my favorite anime list (just beaten by School Days, Haruhi and Negima) and I never would have thought of putting Asunaru Ginga with this anime.

It's worked out very well though, 5 stars!

Well.. long ago when she was little she loved Sentarou but felt betrayed by him.. and killed burned the whole village.. thinking he died too.. but he didn't.. Tsugumi would be something like a great great.. great.. grandchild probably more greats.. over that 400-500 year range.. but yeah that's why she hates Tsugumi.. she thought she got rid of his bloodline.

It's about a girl who is forced to be the Hell Girl as punishment for something she did in the past.. and as the Hell Girl she must make a deal with people who are being tormented so that she can send their tormentor to Hell.. ahh.. and her story is quite sad.. mm but you don't get to her story till a bit later.. the first episodes are what she does as a Hell Girl.. then this guy and his daughter come into the story.. and then they all fall together.. it's my favorite anime ^^ I hope you like it

It's a really great anime.. I'm so happy that a third season is coming out XD!! The 2nd season like.. ended it.. and then BAM at the last night left an opening for a third.. and apparently there will be a season three wooo~~~ Ahh but English dubs have somewhat ruined the show if you ask me.. the Japanese is.. beautiful.. English.. not so much.. ahh well I hope you like it!! ^^

That is such a greater starter anime.. it's one of the best in the whole world.. ahh my first anime was InuYasha.. yeah.. but ehh you might not be old enough for one of those shows that are my all time favorites.. that's more like.. 18+ or so it's SUPPOSED to be.. they cover the boxes at the store haha... ahh well..
