I think this was an amazing cover. They kept it true to the original, yet added a cool twist of their own. This shows creativity. At least they're not sampling originals and rappin over it.

I've never heard the sting version, but i did listen to it and this version is better. Also lost and found sold the most so they probaly thought that after how well that done with some softer stuff and world so cold compeltly changed them too. is it really a surprise that some people don't know this is a remake. let's be honest, i was about 14 or 15 when i learned that Motley Crue "Smokin in the Boys Room" was a remake. there are still people that don't realize Gun n Roses "Knockin on Heaven's Door" is a remake of Clapton, which is a remake of Bob Dylan, etc. and for those country fans...seriously Rascal Flatts are making their damn name of their remake of "Life is a Highway"...that's another one from the 80's.

I was a little sad when I first heard this. For a moment I thought it was a Blue October cover because of the style of the vocal overdubs. It really should have been Blue and not these guys, but I give Mudvayne credit for doing something unexpected. The song does take on a different meaning and feel through them.

they have NOT gone emo. just look at any of their live shows! they're just allowing their style to change in a way that works for them. who are any of us to say that that's wrong? would you have them be static and just continue regurgitating what they've done before? i wouldn't! i think that apart from anything else they're displaying how versatile they are. there aren't many bands out there who've done everything from mathcore to acoustic rock, and none as good as mudvayne. THEY ROCK!!

This is a very personal song written by Sting (The Police). He had recently split with his first wife and was also feuding with fellow band members. The lyrics conjure up symbols of pain, sadness and darkness - which he felt at the time.

Also Life Is Peachy has one minute of silence at the beginning (12 songs called 5 seconds of silence), which is a sign to Justin, a KoRn fan, he was 11 I think and died of cancer. Listen to the song Justin on the same album - it's the same thing.
