@TheEdMan10101 beat the GT saga, then get all the dragon balls. Then when you summon the dragon, IT will be Red Shenron. IF you beat the game arleady, its random, so save ebfore you summon, and restart until you get the dragon you want.

if u summon while on namek then porunga appears

if u complete the GT saga red shenron appears (black star dragonballs)

and if u finished the whole game the 3 appear randomly so just restart ur PS2 or wii

@TheDBZfan121 Go to Dragon History and pick a battle using the city ruins stage (the last battle of the Cell Saga for example), although the rocky area one works well too (the one where you fight Majin Vegeta). Just fly around and break all the buildings/rocks/whatever until the dragon ball appears in the top center of the screen. Then simply win the fight. Repeat as many times, summon to get your wish/wishes, and repeat to get the dragon balls again.

@fcanque3 You have to beat Dragon History 100% to be able to summon Red Shenron. After that, he appears randomly with the other two dragons. You know you've summoned a certain dragon when you see a specific stage that the Dragon Balls are being used. For Red Shenron, it's Kami's/Dende's Lookout. Did that help?

what i think is if your on kami's lookout you can summon red shenron. If your on namek you can summon porunga. and if your somewhere else you get regular shenron. I might be wrong but im pretty sure thats what happens

If you finished the whole Dragon History the dragon type is summoned random.

If the Dragon History isn't completed, it depends on where you are in the Dragon History Mode.
