when I check the cycling thermostat with a manual Ohm meter, the reading does not jump to the end but goes to 1/3 of the scale. Should the thermostat be replaced or the reading is fine?
I was wondering if you buy a new house and it has a new washer and dryer. Should'nt the washer and dryer last for the 30 years of the mortgage? Thats not unreasonable to expect 30 years with a repare and cleaning now and then...
Thank you for this correction. I found that all the other fuses for the heating circuit were okay, but this one was bad. When I push start, the timer on the left side clicks, but the motor doesn't run. I have electricity to the dryer because the light goes on when I open the door. I hope this works. Thank you, this is the best repair video I've seen compared to all the BS that's out there. I used this video to repair my dryer when it didn't heat.
