University of Washington MFA Exhibition 2009 - Bo Choi

Bo is actually one of the few graduate students at this show to inject meaning into her work. Ridiculous? She is ridiculously hard working. This work represents 1/100 of her production during the course of her MFA.

Consider too, that they shut her program down in the middle of her MFA without warning. Her equipment was stolen weeks before this show. And she had to share a room at the Henry, when her pieces needed intimate lighting to be their most effective.

The stuff the poorly spoken 'graduate' presents is ridiculous. Just a bunch of avant -garde, narcissistic nonsense. I am wondering she will wear the female cloth of her design. Also, you'd think that her boyfriend will be likely to be flattered by the guy's shirt on the pedestal?

@leeshiangyun I had her as a teacher recently and was never "narcissistic." all spectators are people who don't have the talent to do it themselves. Be more supportive when it comes to creations not of your own. Maybe after a while you will see that you were the one being ridiculous with your comments. GO BO on and on and on!
