even as i watch this, there are 2 dogs in the yard next to mine chained to a tree, not even enough room for them to lie down. the owner talks kindly to them, feeds and waters them but chains them for hours and hours. I'm beside myself! I've been in contact with the MSPCA and they said if he continues to call back. I'm going to have to. Its not right to keep them chained like that.
cool is a understatement! These people are amazing they saved my moms dogs from the chain and they came and repaired my fence and also got all of my dogs neutured! They are amazing if I was to win the lotterry today I would honestly donate $5000 to them! Thanks Lori for posting another great video! Special Thanks to Amanda Arrington!
