What I love is that the UK and US get along really well. Kind of odd considering that a couple centuries back we were fighting and now were like BFFs lol. I have not been able to serve my country, I want to but being a diabetic they wont take me. I hear people talk down to these people. They are brave and are possesed of a courage few can ever muster. Its one thing to talk, another to do. A true hero is a man who wakes up one morning and says I want to help, do something important and sticks to that thought until he ends up in a war torn country trying to make sure his buddies get home. I believe he is referencing that: the M14 platform shoots a 7.62x51 cal round that delivers much greater Foot Pounds of energy when striking a target (compared to the 5.56x45 used in the M16 platform). Congress was told that the "financial benefits" of the war to the US would exceed "war costs". I was stopped by military forces and nearly shot dead, I was in refugee camps, I heard bombings being dropped on my country. I live in Canada now and Canada saved me life. I have never been more thankful and happy to escape that hell.War isn't beneficial to anyone except the rich weapon contractors, oil corporations, construction corporations and government officials.

Over one million U.S. troops served in Iraq since 2003 and over one million have people have died in Iraq. I have a simple question for you honourable self sacrificing kind gentlemen, what was the basis of that war? Was Saddam Hussein supporting Al Qaeda? NO! Did Saddam Hussein have WOMD? NO! was Saddam Hussein responsible for 9/11? NO! How about the aluminium tubes they found and the supposed uranium Iraq was getting from Africa? These documents were later discovered to be forgeries.

@AnimeTV100 not entirely correct, the military expect people to act on their own when in a situation involving survival and a good number of military personnel don't agree with all orders.
