The whole protest was just a mess, there were others where the cops were in the right, and a lot that we just can't tell, but ... they didn't plan it, which as great as unorganized protests sound, it disrupts other planned events that are often on the same side, or worse disrupting the lives of people you are saying you are defending. So I really don't agree with how it was done. I also don't agree with the message but the two facts are not connected as to why I didn't support the protesting.
Well get rid of the Fucking Monetary system and half the problems would vanish! Get rid of religions & institute rule by credible verifiable factual knowledge instead of politics and the other half would go soon after that! Then implement a reward based ideology built upon contribution towards the embetterment of the species in substitution for competitive sports which puts a natural emphasis on self education leading humankind out of its Wretchedness & expiditing Evolutionary Ascension!

He says that he would constantly have radical nutjobs literally trying to make him and his cop friends do something by provoking them.
He also showed me FULL videos of things at occupy movements. Most of the time, the cops are in the right, but you don't know that because they cut out footage.

The reason why we don't see much of this on tv and more on the Republicans running for 2012 is because they don't want more people adding on to the protesting so they'll distract you and blind you easily to put more bullshit on tv. I can't really comment to terrifically much on the matter, but it's fairly evident that there is a clear 'testing of defenses' lesson to be taken away from the Occupy movements.
I've talked to a few people in my personal life about the matter, and we've concluded that while entirely valid, the Occupy Movement needs to gain more popularity and resources if it plans to change something. Here's to hoping the worst has yet to come- in the name of progress, I guess.

Many of the Wall Street guys are giving money to Obama and democrat political campaigns. The protests are generally ironic, but so diverse that one cannot say it constitutes everyone. Interestingly enough, the government's socialization of the mortgage market caused the problem, paying banks to create risky mortgages. This is not something that is generally denied. What they did was socialize mortgage losses, while undermining underwriting, and buying risky loans. Government at fault.
The Occupy movement is a non-violent, populist apolitical movement. If you want to find out more, or have any issues with their actions or direction, please go to your local movement and have a discussion. They will listen to you, if you listen to them.

I can't really comment to terrifically much on the matter, but it's fairly evident that there is a clear 'testing of defenses' lesson to be taken away from the Occupy movements.
I've talked to a few people in my personal life about the matter, and we've concluded that while entirely valid, the Occupy Movement needs to gain more popularity and resources if it plans to change something. Here's to hoping the worst has yet to come- in the name of progress, I guess.

Many of the Wall Street guys are giving money to Obama and democrat political campaigns. The protests are generally ironic, but so diverse that one cannot say it constitutes everyone. Interestingly enough, the government's socialization of the mortgage market caused the problem, paying banks to create risky mortgages. This is not something that is generally denied. What they did was socialize mortgage losses, while undermining underwriting, and buying risky loans. Government at fault.
