I am loving the format of this game. It takes me back to the original GTA back in the day, but adds that 3D sharpness to make the game more up to date. Definitely gonna get this when my iPad2 arrives next week.

Chinatown wars is a sick game simple as, i dont know about this gangstar crap only when i played it on mobile years ago and it was fucking shit, GTA is the best and always will be, if you sit down and play this game i dont see how you wouldnt get into it, iv finished it twice on ds and once on psp, wanna get a ipad just for it now iv seen this, but fuck gangstar, doubt it could be half as good as this

@krazygreen you are an idiot. Most of the apps for ipad are labelled HD because they are of a bigger resolution so they dont seem jaggered, as using an iphone version would be like enlarging a small image. It gets fuzzy. The ipad also has a superior graphics processor

@SubZeroGTA I definitely get your point, but the iPad is really too big to be in the same category as the DS and PSP. Also, it lacks tactile buttons, which is a big problem for some people (myself not included). I was saying I prefer the PSP over the DS version because it looks and runs much better than the DS version. Even if the mini games aren't great, I'd rather have a polished and smooth Liberty City to explore than a few good mini-games.

@SubZeroGTA No it isn't. It has a few touch screen mini games, but most of the game-play doesn't use the touch screen (on the DS). I played this game first on the DS and loved it. However, when it came out on the PSP there was no going back to the DS version for me.

Real controls? How do you consider the PSP's controls to be any better than the DS's? As far as I know, you use the D-pad, four face buttons, and two shoulder buttons EXACTLY the same way between versions. Unless you're fond of the PSP's awkward analog nub...
