i have been wearing aligners for the past three months now...the best way to take them out is to start at one side of ur back teeth pulling them out and then working towards the other side..hope this helps! ;)
My upper teeth only required 7 months of treatment- bottom teeth required 11.5 months! So not so long! Obviously I have to wear retainers for quite a long time after the invisalign treatment completion!
One little tip for the top set that works for me is to slide your fingers over the back top and then dig your nails in and POP them out.I'm on my 20th set out of 29! I'm so happy.

The clicking you hear when you remove them and put them is normal. That is them losing their suction and establishing their suction. Youu are doing nothing wrong.

how many years you have to wear them on average? i heard for regular braces people wear them for 2-3 years! same for invisalign?
i want invisilign because then it doesn't show that u have them but everyday making ur teeth straighter and i need that lol!
