At first, you may think it's about coke, but, I think it's actually about heroin. Coke normally costs $40 for a gram. He talks about "fifty bucks" which is the norm for a bag of smack. Also, he speaks of his belt (a lot of heroin users wrap their arm with their belt to expose the vein) and also "under the hill" which *I THINK* is slang for the heroin injection point. They would insert the needle "under the hill", a bump on their skin where the vein pops up. Just my $0.02. I'm probably wrong

Heroin you can do a shot and be straight for hours, coke you do a line or take a hit and your fiending again in 5-20minutes, begging for JUST ONE MORE. Definitely think the songs about coke.
