  • @henrik199414 Weak lower backs don't force us not to deadlift, just means we gotta dead lighter and more carefully until we catch up. I have the same problem.

    or maybe he has an other problem like a disc in his back that is dislocated so that he can't deadlift at all

  • I guess everyone who says this guy hasn't done deadlift should actually look at his uploads before posting. This guy does 5x290kg STRAIGHT LEG deadlift, so I find it hard to believe that he has no lower back. You may not be able to see it in this video but this guy's lower back is pure muscle.

  • I honestly hate deadlift, gives me hands blisters, its a difference of opinion some people think that deadlift is everything and some people thing bi's and tri's and pecs are everything, its just what people like to develope more, we should be encouraging this guy to make more videos, not criticize the hell out of him, and yes... im in highschool

  • Really guys... overdeveloped upper back compared to lower back, but there are not large muscles to train in the low back... they are stabilizers. His lats a huge, there is not lower back muscles that can bulk up like that...

Let me rephrase, there are no lower back muscles that will show bulk when trained because they are all DEEP muscle groups unlike the muscles of the upper back which are SUPERFICIAL. You can make your erectore spinae muscles as big as you want, but they will never been seen by the naked eye. His lats are just so overdeveloped that it makes his lower back appear small, which I promise you it is not.

I am a medical doctor who specializes in musculoskeletal medicine and sports medicine. I am an EXPERT in this field. I have numerous journal articles about core muscles and lower back muscles, training, and weakness. I am sure you are an angry immature teenager who hides behind youtube to make vulgar comments. Good luck with high school, those special ed classes can be challenging.

  • @dbs3f Just to let you know I'm not in high school. I'm 27 and have a degree in kinesiology. I too am an expert in the field but thank you for your rudeness. I know that the lower back is a deep muscle group but none the less you would still be able to see the distinct muscles if he ever deadlifted. His lower back is 100% flat and undefined.
