I have been using this inhaler for 10 weeks. I started out using about 5 or 6 capsules a day. Now i use only 1 about every 2 days. Some days I don't even use it. No cigarettes either. It is the only thing I ever tried and it works.

they cud made this look a little less silly but then i suppose anyone who actually thinks its silly is childish seeing as what its doing (stopping the person smoking).. i dunno maybe i think to much about what others would think looking at me with that thing in my mouth lol Im getting it tho regardless
