The Aliens in the book were creepy. The Aliens from the newest film were big frogs crossed with the aliens from Independence Day, and the three legs?... LOL!. For a film of a $100 million-plus budget, they seem like an afterthought.

I know!!! The book had me squirming at parts, and beleive me, that aint easy to do!! I ts okay to have it set in modern times, but keep it related to the book, not this tripods out of the ground shit, and the aliens aren even the same!

Be patient! It takes some people a long time to do stop-motion films. And read the other comments! The creator went off to college about 2 months ago, so unless he drops out (which I doubt will happen) it'll be at least four years before Part II comes out! I don't like it either, but we'll have to just wait. :(

By the way, I think this is a stop-motion masterpiece! It's as good as David Morgan-Mar's Irregular Webcomic, only it's a film! 5/5, stupendous work!
