  • Mama @ 4:07!!

    4 dislikes = 4 soulless assholes....

  • Last time I saw her live was in Baltimore. She said,"If you come here to hear hiphop and rap, you can leave now. I'm real. I sing the blues!" Then she held the audience in the palm of her hand and left it screaming for more.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Im glad my father introduced me to the blues, and now he's come down with Stage IV cancer, and everyday i spend with my father is a blessing. I don't want to let go.

  • Wow...that was pure dynamite! Thanks for posting!

Can someone help me out with these awesome guitar players?

Who is the fellow with the Les Paul who plays the 1st and last guitar solos?

Who is the fellow with the odd-shaped guitar who plays the 2nd guitar solo?

These guys are so good! People go on and on about players like Clapton, Buddy Guy, etc. (and rightfully so), but these guys with Koko are every bit as good.

  • @gbrycki on the Les Paul is Vino Louden (Koko's band leader), and Ronnie Brooks (son of Lonnie Brooks) on the Strat. The Strat has a stretchable cover over it called an Axe Sack. (I believe)

  • DAMMMMMM KOKO!!,WOW! is all i could say,and the band is really rockin it,the guitars sound so swee! Ronnie barker brooks,he is great soulful and tasteful guitar player.really house rockin'

  • that my dad to the farr right in the red without the hat

  • the othr guitar player on Koko's left is a younger Ronnie Baker Brooks, son of the great Lonnie Breooks

  • Saw Coco probably 15yrs ago, she's the greatest!Ali and I danced to this tune with Coco right above us on stage.......

  • Koko taylor & Etta James my favorite Blues singers!!

  • Love you Koko-please come tour California, miss ya! We need a "Koko" night-thanks for

    uploading this.

  • Is that Bernard Allison on guitar?

  • No, it is the great Vino Louden, who is still with and is her band leader. I saw them in Albany,NY last summer. It is Vino and another fantastic guitar player (Shun Kikuta) with Koko now.

  • You go girl.

  • Band strikes a verrrry nice groove. Righteous.

  • Love to see young Ronnie Baker Brooks in this clip!
