his contract expired. and like many artist. u don't get enough money being a singer. u'll get more money when u produce ur album urself. its just the business inside the music industry. of course if u worked hard for ur albums and ur performances, u kinda wanted to get paid more than what you'll get if someone else produced ur songs.
