I spent my Birthday hanging with Jack and Alison (embarrassed I did not know it was her), I was busy telling Jack that the fact as a Detroit guy he has always changed and flowed and evolved when other Detroit bands just drive the thing they believe in into the ground out of sheer stubborn will. Jack is one of the real men of rock history and his legacy is that of Hendrix, SRV, Bo Diddley, Clapton, Lennon and the rest of the gods....he is part of history now and I think it's fucking great!
