Sad yes, but interesting as well, you can well imagine all these foreclosed homes nesting Zombies, hence the need to demolish.A race against time as Minn. titters on the brink of a new "dawn of the dead"...
you know what pisses s me off is to see them knock them homes down when there are so many people that would love to have them homes and fix them up and call it there own but they just knock them down away what a waste when some body could be living in them
well i can now say that the economy here is improving......vacant commercial real estate is now being leased or sold after YEARS of being empty ! I certainly dont see rush hour traffic changing from the mid 90's .
the title needs to be renamed because its not ALL of the U.S. thats contracting .
@chuc555 That's what I do when I go out. Bring your own coffee. Who knows what some kid spit into that Starbucks bean stash anyways. $4 for a cup of beano-spit anyone?
TPTB would rather put a bulldozer through these empty houses than sell them for what they are now really worth which is very little at all. Why?? Because it's everyones dream to own a home. TPTB want people to get morgages and basically sign their lives away to finacial slavery. It's not in their interests to allow affordable living and allow people to actually have that freedom. They will level these empty suburbs before they allow the prices to fall to where they should be. TPTB are the Banks.
@yeepbauwan Sorry I have to agree with you. I thought the prices of homes would drastically plummet, instead, they just bulldoze them while there are thousands of homeless - where is the sense in that? It's all nuts in the USA.
Why should you feel bad their business went down the shitter? These dumbass's cost you money because they probaly took out small business loans and never will pay them back. The signs were of collapse are all around them and these stupid idiots decided to open a coffee business going against greats like Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. Stupid fools.
Of course, they don't want these small businesses to prosper. they allow people to put all there savings and loans to start a business through the banks, and then shut them down. Well we HAVE NEWS FOR THEM. They have seen what is going to happen to them with there own technology, THE LOOKING GLASS. It doesen't matter if anyone knows what is going to happen. It will happen, and all of humanity will be freed from there slavery plots. The elite destroyed themselves.
Do you remember the videos from inside Russia during the 90's after their economic collapse? Look very similar???
