Roids don't require you high dex/acc. If you can find best spawn rate with mob low avoid, you should have less chances of miss hits.

I eat warrior pot +12wa(from NLC pot shop), which has same effect from max rage. I add sword mastery asap after my sould blade, as to balance up my damage as you get higher lvl skill. I think the increase % of skill mastery quite important too.

Leveling shouldn't be a big deal because everyone just CPQ's, which is hella fast levelling. Second, for damage, l think a funded NW does better than a funded DW. However, for mobs, DW's are better. So just pick your class according to how you like to train.

You do need DEX, to be able to hit things, you don't necessarily need to add it everytime you level, DEXLESS warriors have a base DEX of 4, and they get the rest of their DEX from their equips.
