@scottbradshaw3 your right it is very easy. once you get the hang of it. this vid was 1 yr old before i posted it a year ago. i've got some sick tricks now. went to a few of the teppanyaki places like bennihannas and jacked a bunch of their tricks.
Well when you work on a grill all day almost every day of the week, I guess you have no choice but to make the most out of your job.
