Great and God is great ! One friend adked hand on ear ? The answer is due to loudness it is advised to recitor to do the same. It is quite difficult to recite so loudlly without one or two hands on one or both ear.

He is very good, and I love hearing beautiful recitations. But I dont think its right to hold competitions to recite the Quran. The word of Allah shouldn't be used as a competition to see who has the best voice and pronunciation. It should be read and followed.
