I love kizashis, but, this smells like fake. Every time I step on mine the fuel economy does NOT read 60 mpg... heck, not even 20. Whats up with that??

@thebestbeto That would be in L/100KM. This is not an american car.

The instant fuel economy on the screen there is indicating 30L of fuel used when travelling 100 KM of distance...This car should be around 7.5L/100KM combined fuel economy city/highway mix, but my dad's is around 10.5 (don't all manufacturers lie?)

@Josh1223334444 Ah, I gotcha now. The american version is backwards then xD And, supposedly its supposed to get 30 mpg but mine gets 35 going 60 average.. but since I always go at least 80 (130 km) on the highway then I get around 26-31 :D

Not bad i timed about 9sec in D and 8.6sec manual CVT. One of the best 0-100km/h kizashi videos out there.

I should try my manual out one day to see how it compares.

One of these days i will do it lol I have a scanguage II which will let me accurately test 0-100km/h. so i won't need to time it myself. Just need to find a decent road to test it on lol

@Q8Painkiller manual is about a second better than this.

idk why people choose automatic over manual. manual is sportier, faster AND uses less gas.

@meedic because kizashi is not a sports car. im buying this as a cruiser not for performance. if u wanted performance should look into evos, sti, focus rs, megane rs250.

@meedic mone SOME autos are now faster to 100 and use less fuel than the equivalent manual version.

@spinnanz yeah, i forgot do mention DSG. but all other sorts of automatic transmissions are no competition to manual. except in comfort.

@meedic im not talking about DSG, as that is basically a manual anyway, and a very good one. Im talking simple old school non cvt auto trans. From memory it was a late 2000 model turbo subaru, the auto version was slightly faster to 100 and used slightly less gas. Id still pref manual though.

@spinnanz dsg is manual ? dsg has every aspect an autmatic transmission has. including shifting gears AUTOMATICALLY. lol ? and ok, that subary thing.. never heard of it. which model was that ?

@meedic yes a DSG box is a dual clutch manual box, but the clutch is operated automatically. Yes it can change gear by itself in full auto mode or at a button push by the driver in semi auto mode, but that's all it has in common with a normal automatic. Normal automatics dont have gears and clutches like the DSG box, and the DSG box does not have a torque converter like a normal auto trans. The Subaru was manual/auto GT model.
