@YouToons100 Not exactly. It's about a family of Jewish mice fleeing Nazi controlled Europe in the 1930's, and the cats are Nazi animals. Anyway, they aren't simply 'touring", rather running away, and Fievel gets lost along the way, so the story can really be said to be about Feivel trying to find his family in America.
