Beautifully sequenced and amazing to watch.... Inspirational for dancers of all types. MUTE this to avoid the ANNOYING soundtrack. Maybe SBotnen will change the music? Please?
I know a lot of people didn't like the music, but I LOVED it whilst watching this video! It was so mesmerising! Loved every minute of this video. Thank you. I'm gonna try all of your exercises and hopefully will get stronger and eventually do a handstand. I will have to try in a smaller space too.
About the background music, does the word Har come from the word 'hari' pronounced as 'Har' in Sikhism, one of the names of God in Hindu/Sikh religion?
I love this video so much... I just finished it for the first time (the last time I could not finish it cause of the music)... Well Rounded to say the least. Definate favorite.
I am going to try this out tomorrow; it looks amazing and even if I don't achieve a handstand, I know I will have worked on other important elements, which were so clearly illustrated in this video. Thanks very much. Namaste x
I really love this sequence of exercises. They are not as easy as you make them appear. We especially like the lunges against the wall and the variations that follow.
Great strength, balance and overall skills! But the HAR HAR HAR HAR HAR HAR HAR does just suck that much that I had to turn sound of for the rest of the vid^^...do you really like this sound?? =P
Thanks for the video. I've been working on handstands for a while. Just kicking up and holding it but I lack stability. I can't wait to try out these exercises.
what music are you playing for this handstand demo.I teach yoga and think your presentation is beautiful as well as you and your grace and form.thank you for sharing

the music is so anoying...but she is very flexible. That must be very important for handstands and dancing.
houdiinii 3 years ago 2
It probably is important to be flexible for dancing, but it's not at all for handstands.
Elvyne963 2 years ago
Well, not for normal handstands, but for real handstand acrobats it is estremely important.
houdiinii 2 years ago
I agree
