And, about the Moon, specifically about ownership of it. When will humans understand that they can own only what is a part of their bodies. That's real ownership. Whatever is outside of one's body can only be controlled and monoplilized away from others. The only thing that can become owned is the food we eat. Everything else, within reason regarding dwellings, is, by nature, communal, and should be.
Why make exeptions for food and dwellings? And if I own my own body do I own my own feces too? If so then wouldn't anything else I convert from one thing to another also be mine? Why don't you believe in property rights?
1) Food is broken down to a certain level of order and becomes part of a person. That is the essence of ownership. 2) Peaceful society allows individuals to control a specified area for personal privacy and neighborly peace - dwellings. 3) While your feces is a part of you, within your system, you own it. When it's outside you, you don't own it, you're just responsible for it. For the sake of social order, a person has the right to personal space, a home. Anything more is greed and evil.
The public nature of this case could make it hard for them to find people for the jury and that's good too. It makes it more of a burden for them to prosecute this victimless "crime".
I can't wait to see farva chasing this kid down the street.
