Kari Rueslatten is, at the moment, Norway's ONE hope of hitting the big time (musically speaking). She's done the 'dark metal' thingy (and done it brilliantly). But she's moved on. The question is: - under the sort of verbal barrage she's often under - can she hold her nerve? Yes - she's no spring chicken any more. But if the world doesn't embrace her - it will be the world's LOSS. HOWEVER she needs (and deserves) brilliant song writers/producers/ arrangers. Has she got them?

The chorus 'Other people stories' reminds me of something else mmmm - it'll come to me in a moment ....That's it! - Natalie Imbuglia: 'Torn' (slowed down version of it). Dead catchy though, She's Norwegian isn't she?And yet how come her English is so good. I could hardly tell she wasn't (except 'by de age of 28' at 1.10 while at other times it's just too perfect ....that was the give-a-way). She's bloody brilliant though. II'm captivated.

I love Kari´s music since 3rd and the Mortal... although I´m mostly a metalhead (hehehe) I consid her actually the best non-mainstream Pop-softrock i´ve ever heard... but that´s only my opinion.
