I hear you brother,,, Well,,,,, I give ou credit for putting your %&*# out on the chopping block. How about this,,,, I am Deployed right now,,,believe it or not,,, and when I get home, I will provide 100 yes100 Marines in dress blues and will do a fun/legal flash mob to bring all sides together... Because thats how I roll =D
@metoc6842 That would be great. Although, flash mobs are always technically illegal these days. You would have to get a permit to do any kind of thing like that legally. Regardless, If you do a flash mob, I will happily fly anywhere in the country to dance next to you and can probably get several known activists to go as well. You just let me know when you are heading back to the states.
Listen Borther,,, im all about the dancing,,,, Im a Marine and the Memorials are important to us. I know its a dumb law, but memorials are the only way we can connect with what we been through. Not picking a fight here,,, just from another angle.
@metoc6842 No worries, I can handle healthy disagreement. =). The intent was not show disagreement for a law, but to bring attentions to a larger issue, that the government is out of control and TAKING way more power than they are allowed to have. There are few things that show such a dramatic contrast as does the absurdity of this law and what Jefferson stood for. He believed that such force of government meant violent revolution was necessary. If that is what he promoted, dancing aint so bad.
One cop tries to cut in to dance with that guy's girlfriend. She refuses and they get arrested. Then the Gay cop with the bike helmet tries to dance with Adam but slams him to the ground since he is upset at Adam's refusal. Adam was much more interested in the cop with the cool shades and gloves but was turned down. Apparently the NBC cameraman has had experience with cops before seeing as he is "Black" and wanted no part of starring in Rodney King II and got his ass out of there.
@Armen11011101: if I were memorialized [and i hope to never have a graven image with my likeness anywhere] i would want people to dance at my memorial. How better to honor a champion of freedom than to express the freedom he helped forge at his memorial!
wow since when was dance a bad thing :S enough to get arrested LOL fucking american law... so much for a freedom of speech memorial LOOOL shit like this makes we want to cut these cops and politicians head off, and who ever made these laws
Yes they WERE causing a disturbance at the memorial. What gets me is that people come to the monument to show respect then have to look at these mooks. I'm glad they got hauled off
Those cops were not there to serve and protect. Notice how when the guy was already on the ground the cops hands went straight for his throat as if he wanted him dead.
@josch0001 and it's still not enough. now freedom consists of having your balls groped, vagina fingered, facing police state abuse, and constant fear mongering that we're under attack with foreign and domestic terrorists. the only terrorisers are the wolves in sheep's skin running our country.
Adam you need some Public Enemy "Fight The Power" & Rage Against the Machine. Thanks for posting as you are a true patriot that Thomas J. would be proud of (and awesome dancer). Stack some silver!! The end of America is near!! -STFM
