@optimus4800 The only open house day left this year is Dec. 17, 2011. I believe the hours for that day 10am until 3pm. Donation at door optional. We will be open the first weekend of the month Jan. - May 2pm to 4pm, 2012. Hope to see you there! If the E60(or any other train on a sideing) is not running, just ask to see it in action.

It's always great to see a model train running at a scale 260mph, with coaches a scale 17 feet apart. To each is own I guess, but honestly, I don't get it. =(

I really didn't mean to come off as being rude.... I am truly sorry for that. As for my lack of understanding, is it maybe the "toy train" vs. the "model train" thing? Maybe I'm just an obnoxious 'scale fidelity' guy... something I'm not particularly proud of. Anyway, if somebody can explain it to me and forgive my prior sarcasm, I would appreciate it.

@J1ReductionPissneck When I was young my family would often travel to Philly. Along side the highway was stretch of track where the E 60s would go high speed past us. So with that in mind I always liked to run model trains at high speeds. I took your remarks as humorous! We said the say thing at the club; the conductor would have to peel those passengers of the side of the cars! We were just testing the engine and cars I purchased off of Ebay. A great store for old Williams Trains.

I wish somebody made a quality product like Williams. My E60 runs fine but a MTH ALP-7 is always in the shop and there are problems with the Lionel hippo.
