Dude.. I'm a 19 y-o student and I can give you this protip:

1: Kick of their side kickstand

2: Grab the kickstand

3: Place the kickstand through the lock

4: Twist, if it's a loose lock with steel wires, just keep on twisting the kickstand.

5: ???

6: Profit!!!

Locks are designed to withstand pressure, but they fail miserably at torsion, especially the lock itself.

@asseeninYOURDREAMS you can cut it with a grinder, but the noise will be horrible. or you can lockpick it, but it takes time. you can also try to take a big coil electromagnet, roll it around the locks and apply alot of curent in it, you will be able to lock pick it in no time...

but who want to stole a bike that much?
