  • I have no children so I can't give any advice (you are probably better parents than I ever will be). But, can't help thinking what will happen when she gets into high school and another kid finds these videos.

  • I would have put her in her bedroom, closed the door and let her scream it out in there. I've done it with my three year old. When they no longer have an audience (or camera filming them) they seem to not be as interested in throwing a fit.

  • This makes me soo f***ing mad!!!

  • I can't believe you are video taping this! What is going to happen when she is in middle school and one of her classmates finds this?!? It is probably not going to go over well..... this is a human being!! How would you like it if somebody was video taping you while you were upset? What the hell are you thinking??? HORRID! This makes me sick!!

  • obviously she doesnt like being video taped, you just stand there like idiots and do nothing about it thats pathetic parenting

  • Screamer much?

  • WHY ARE YOU LETTING THIS HAPPEN???????? This is insanity. Your letting her rule the house. You are the parents, put a stop to it!!!!! We have an iron-clad rule: time out UNTIL IT STOPS; the longer it goes on the longer time out is. Once it stops then comes the consequences for the bad behavior. I refuse to have activity like this in my home.

  • @Susanlucena sometimes all you can do is let them scream it out. I do agree though that she may benefit from spending some time in her room though. Ultimately, children can't be punished for having feelings, but they need to learn that tantruming isn't going to get them anywhere. Going to bed without supper will not kill a child.

  • Use the supernanny technique, put her in a corner for 5-10 minutes and talk to her on how her behavior is unacceptable..if she calms down after some time, praise her and take her back to the dinnertable and later do something fun that she likes so she can realize what is good behavior and what's not.

  • i have been through it a couple of times!
