@5010246 The factory says every 3,000 miles. But I change mine a lot sooner, but I also ride real hard when I am riding. So mine gets changed every 1,000 miles or so. If the oil looks dark I change it. If you were just doing every day riding to and from work I'm sure the 3,000 miles would be fine.
