the problem is not the stupidity of the mobs/players you could easily make a trapped metal door to lock them in, the problem is the loot, cos youve now just lost it all. You want one of the traps that allow the delivery of items to a collection point.

@SpaceCaptalist Cactus =D so things are beastly.. kinda well they don't kill the items.. oh and the ladder w/ lava trick would work. Kills them but not the loot.

You should have also made it drop different types of blocks which they would have to keep switching tools to get out.

@DevinedKiller TnT falls when triggered right? and sand falls when there is nothing under it? and buttons... what happens to a button thats triggered on a sand block with a tnt block under the sand block and nothing under the tnt block? will it be a instantly trigered pitfall trap?
