There was just one thing...he mentioned several times to keep the elbow locked, but he didn't mention the shoulder. Wondering whether to lock that too or not. I know you could dislocate your shoulder if you shoot the thing the wrong way.

@jim0van0song when you lock your elbow, you lock your shoulder aswel... that was just a stupid question.. how are you going to move, just your shoulder? the moment you move your shoulder, you unlock your elbow..
