buy a rope, two stage balls (or oranges) and knobs (club endings). cut the stage ball (just a small slice and on the other side do a little hole (size of rope's thickness), tie a knot at both ends of rope(but first put onit a knob form clubs and check the length) and put the rope through stage ball (and put some glue on the slice ;) - voila :)
