why does cheney think that he and his administration are were better at countering terror than obama is. Under his watch 3000 people died, even they received memos of an incoming attack from former clinton administration officials when they were coming to office, and even the israelis a month before the attck happened? And then right after they invaded afghanistan and failed to capture bin laden cause they were so dammed focused on saddam husein, and their better at fighting terrorism?????
