each time a say a command it doesn't work. when it asked me to say all the phrases, it did not respond, the phrase did not flash. and when i get out of that window and got anywhere on my mac it only understands close window. or when a say open ....something it allways switches and doesn't open it. whaat d i do please help!!!

It picks your american accent up far better than my British accent, youtube for example, i have too pronounce it 'toob' like americans do
