I actually have a shadow very similar to that one..i believe it's called "NYC Loose Minerals Eye Powder" and the color is "Coco Shimmer" i am IN LOVE with it, the pigment is just so intense and shimmery, it came in a cute little kit with a liner brush, shadow sponge and Weather Proof liquid that you can mix with the shadow, I would definitely recommend it, I paid $6.99
